Please find below some useful information about Beauty Box including our Terms & Conditions regarding appointments, patch tests, deposits and online bookings. Once you have booked your appointment you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
Appointments
We politely ask for you to arrive on time to your appointment ensuring the smooth running of the salon. Lateness may result in having to cut your treatment time so we can stay on time for future clients. If it is your first time visiting the salon, please make sure you arrive 5 minutes before your treatment time to fix out a consultation form necessary for insurance purposes.

We ask you to consider other clients having treatments when bringing friends/children to your appointment. There are many hazards such as heaters, wax pots, candles and machinery, meaning we are unable to have babies toddlers and small children in the salon. In some cases, older children may be able to accompany you to your appointment if it is being carried out in a treatment room, however your child must be in the room with you at all times as we cannot supervise them at reception. We also ask for you to consider other clients having relaxing treatments for the duration of your visit.
Parking
We have lots of free parking available on Lytton Road, however please be aware of the restrictions, the side opposite the salon has a restriction of 7am - 10am where you are not permitted to park, the side of the salon has a restriction of 4pm - 7pm. Please ensure you allow enough time to cover your appointment which won't disrupt the relaxation of your treatment.
Patch Tests
Some treatments we offer require require a patch test. Unfortunately, under no circumstance are we able to carry out treatments without having a patch test. We will advise if the treatment requires a patch test and a form will be dated of the day of treatment.
Deposit Terms & Conditions
A deposit may need to be taken for some appointments. If you need to change or cancel your booking for any reason, you will need to give us at least 48 hours notice, which allows us to rebook your space or a cancellation fee will be put in place. If you cancel less than 48 hours it will be a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel on the day of your treatment please expect to pay for your treatment in full.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be bought in store and are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Please ensure you bring this to your appointment as we cannot be held respoinible for lost vouchers.
Online Bookings
You are able to book appointments online through our website. Please ensure you read through the Terms and Conditions. You also may be asked to pay a deposit for some treatments.
